1. I didn’t have content to post in advance.

2. I got engaged in pending work.

3. The challenge I have to myself dropped me in stress.

1. Plan your content for at least 1 week.

2. If you have pending work try to complete that first then get involved in other work.

3. Don’t expect too much, too early, and never push yourself.

4. Take rest and take necessary breaks.
